It's not. We wrapped up the first retreat in April.

Here's what a day actually looked like:

Start with movement to get your head right. Then dive into your normal calls and work, with a lunch break where we learn from each other and local women entrepreneurs, all while soaking up everything Costa Rica has to offer.

Here's the best part: every weekday excursion is optional. Incase a call lands on that time, you’d rather crank out more work one day than the other, or any activity doesn’t tickle your fancy. You won't miss out on anything because you design your own balance.
